 How do I receive the list after making the payment ?

When you complete your order, you will see a link to track your order, also an email is sent to your email address that carries your order information, how to pay and your tracking link. There you can check the status of your order and also download your file.

As soon as the payment is confirmed, we will notify you and let you know that your download has been activated. All you need to do is visit your tracking link and download the list directly from there.

How long will my download account be active ?
Download links are active for 72 hours, you can download the list during this period.
If you fail to download the list in this period the download will be locked.

How long does it takes before the download will be available after order confirmation ?
Leads are delivered the same day payment is received, usually within 2 hours.
Note: In some cases if the payment information is sent to us after Western Union or Moneygram is closed then we might have to wait untill the next morning to process the order.

For PayPal payments, we can only activate download after we have successfully verified that the PayPal account used by customer is his/her PayPal account.

What is the CAN-SPAM Act, where can I get more information ?
In January of 2004 a law became effective which institutes what is required for persons sending commercial emails.  This same law gives consumers the right to ask e-mailers to stop spamming them and it also tells spammers and companies whose products are advertised in spam what penalties they could expect if they violate the law.  This law is called the CAN-SPAM Act of 2003 and is an acronym for – Controlling the Assault of Non-Solicited Pornography and Marketing Act.

Covered under this law are e-mails whose main focus is on advertising and promotion of commercial products or services, not excluding material found on web sites.  E-mails that support pre-established transactions or updates customers in an existing business relationship cannot contain false or misleading routing information or they would automatically be discharged from most provisions of the CAN-SPAN Act.

What is Spam ?
Most, if not all of us, have at some time or the other, been subjected to unwanted bulk messages being delivered to us via electronic messaging systems. This abuse of these systems is universally known as spamming and is commonly sent through e-mails, instant messaging, web search engines, mobile phone messaging and many others. Spam filters are used by some clients or servers to try and delete these spam messages.
